I sense that today is going to go exceptionally well. First, weather is great, my mood is great; so pweasssseeeee possibly-new landlord, I need the price to be $1600 and then we're all good. Second,  I'm heading to Chapters tonight to indulge myself among books and scented candles...speaking of candles, it's time to stock up on them. Voluspa/Dipytique anyone?
