Subtle Camouflage

Anthropologie never fails to amuse me with whatever the store stocks. I introduced mother dearest this store when we were in London two summers ago and she loved it since. It's a jewelry-bath-home decor heaven! The apparel, on the other hand, with all the flowers and pastels is ridiculously priced and a little too subtle for my taste. Then again, sometimes I am able to find that rare piece of treasure hidden in the corner of the sales rack. I managed to score this jacket at a ridiculous mark down, which was one-fifth of the price and my size. My dress size and the sales rack doesn't correlate very often. Some absurd luck this time around. 

On a different note: It was a late Saturday afternoon, my girlfriends and I tucked into our calorie-infused Irish brunch at a non-descript cafe a few blocks out of downtown Toronto. Think breakfast pie with baked beans, caramelized onions and a hard-boiled egg. Stuffed and satisfied, we made our way to a very happy place to get our long overdue fix of makeup frenzy.
