Moroccan Feast



Brunch food has always been my forte in the kitchen, not lunch, not dinner but brunch. Just because I love brunch that much. Inspired by Smitten Kitchen's recipe, I decided to whipped up a pot of shahshuka. It's basically a Moroccan dish with eggs, jalapeno, onions, feta and tomatoes. I mistakenly included some curry leaves instead of bay leaves (my mistake but they look similar, how much can leaves differ right?) but they worked. So I might just use curry leaves instead of bay leaves in the future. ♥︎
