ACME

It is not merely an expression. When I tell people that brunch is my 'religion', it holds some truth to it. I don't know when my obsession for eggs and all things lactose started, but I am pretty sure it cultivated into something deeper during my tenant in Toronto. In Kuala Lumpur, my favourite brunch spot is definitely Acme Bar & Coffee situated at the heart of the city centre. With fresh dainty flowers placed on the tables and interesting stamped coasters, its interior is where maximalists and minimalists alike relish. Of course, the food would have some lust to it. Coddled eggs; organic eggs with spinach, duck bacon wrapped snails and sourdough bread. Enough said.
