After years overseas and spending most of my available retail therapy time in ZARA, Topshop, Aritzia and other mass produced labels, I am starting to take a liking in well made homegrown fashion labels. Afterall, I wouldn't want to be caught wearing the same top with another girl. THIS happened not too long ago when I was attending an event. Fashion faux pas of some sort. 

I mentioned earlier about well made homegrown fashion labels, take Dude & The Duchess for example. It is currently helmed by Paris-based designer Jonathan Liang and his direct influence over the creative direction of the label certainly produces satisfactory results. Well made, well designed and synonymous with contemporary fashion. Major love indeed, as per the pale pink Squall Boxer Shorts that I acquired.
