By some similarity, the coffee culture here is getting way too over saturated. Coffee shops are getting ahead of each other by roasting and purveying specialty coffee, trying to bring out the best in the beans with their unique brewing and roasting techniques. Not too long ago, I headed over to Pulp by Papa Palheta within the premises of Arts Printing Works. I paid for the cold brew and decided on a tart, before sitting at one of its little corners spending my one hour lunch break very leisurely, discussing about fashion, politics and unprecedented gossip.
