Living Room, Mancalister Mansion

Whenever I am back at the sunny island that I grew up in, I would spend my late mornings having brunch with my parents and the brother. Lately, we have been going to Mancalister Mansion a lot. Particularly because it is more serene and quiet there, and the mansion and its grounds looks damn right enthralling with its inner and outer self. To be honest, that is really what I love about Penang. Its colonial mansions and shophouses being renovated and converted into commercial lots for commercial use. Mainstream as it is (the cafe-culture bubble at its maximum capacity), I still adore this island.
