Few months back, I tried out a new (OK, maybe not so new anymore) barbecue joint in town; interestingly named BAKAR, the Malay word for burn. One thing about roasts are their tendency to get overcooked, and I am happy to say this joint does a job with their roast chicken with pickled radish. Anything with radish in it is a win for me.
