Summer culottes are definitely not over, yet. Surprisingly, I am starting to like them despite owning a  few years ago and they have not seen a day of light since. Lately the culottes out on the racks are of a more lightweight nature, which I adore. Of course, I love the structures scuba ones too but the lightweight ones exude the casual vibe that I am so into these days.
