The thought that I nearly missed the chance to experience the a culinary popup in town, helmed by Eneko Atxa. Initially, the beau and I did not buy into the fuss of it but at the end we submitted ourselves to it. Weak! Was it worth the experience? Maybe, given that I walked out extremely happy after savouring the well balanced minute lobster dish. Also, that dessert plate was pretty much a work of art.
