April 29, 2016  ⏐ ARTISAN CHOCOLATE ANYONE? Everytime I am back at Williamsburg, I tend to make a pitstop at one of my favorite artisan chocolate boutiques. They have the most interesting flavours such as sea salt, sheep milk and olive oil. The weirder the flavour combinations, the more I love it. As disgusting as it might sound, I crave for the sheep and goat milk versions. I call them my heavenly sins, but the beau calls it otherwise. One thing though, as artisanal as I like it to me, it's becoming more mass similar to how Williamsburg is becoming gentrified.
