Unpredictability gives me anxiety sometimes. I think most of the time it's the state of the mind. So it's really up to me calming myself down, to take a step back, and go to my comfort zone. I find solace in peaceful cafes. Sometimes the smell of coffee calms me down even though I am hardly a coffee drinker. Strange isn't it? Coffee wis an entity that will cause hyperactivity, but I find the aroma some sort of a relaxer. Is that weird?
